Cipriano Landscape Design & Custom Swimming Pools is an award winning custom landscape construction firm servicing the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut Tri-State area. Cipriano’s wide range of services and extensive experience provide the skills necessary to construct some of the most complicated landscape and swimming pool designs in the industry. They came to us with a goal of bringing new and bigger projects using digital marketing efforts. We are proud to handle such an established client’s content marketing and PR efforts.
Luxury pools are engaging commodities that can inspire homeowners and capture the imagination of architectural designers. Knowing this, we launched a content marketing campaign that focused on showcasing some of the best pools Cipriano had to offer, and encouraged users to engage with them. To supplement, we included news stories and articles about some of the most unique and interesting pools worldwide.
Jay Dweck, a former head of equities strategies for Goldman Sachs, organically discovered Cipriano as a direct result of Anchor Social’s marketing strategy, leading Cipriano to a $1 million dollar contract to build the now world famous Violin Pool. After strategic publication of this job through digital channels, this pool was organically featured on DIY, GQ, HGTV, FreshHome, and even made it onto Heineken’s Facebook page.
The Violin Pool would go on to become a viral hit, and was featured in multiple TV Shows, magazines, and other online publications.

Luxury pools are an attention grabber, which made it easy for our posts to go viral and quickly spread across the web, but we also utilized engaging content to further that reach. Routinely using questions such as “Which pool design is your favorite?” allowed us to garner engagement while also producing a large amount of shares and proprietary content.
Our “Fun Facts About Peeing in the Pool” infographic was part of a digital press release that sought to gain interest in the pool market and establish Cipriano as a knowledgeable professional in the industry, who has also has a sense of humor. By tapping into the public’s interest in maintaining their own pool, while getting them to chuckle along with a taboo subject, we were able to get the post to go viral.
In a few short years, Anchor Social has realized some incredible results for this pool building giant. Cipriano’s reach has increased by over 500% since hiring Anchor while their overall page likes have organically increased by over 25% each month.
As a direct result of our digital marketing efforts, Cipriano Custom Swimming Pool Design and the world famous Violin Pool were even featured on two seasons of the TV show ‘Rev Run’s Renovation’ on HGTV.
